Rachel De DoraPresidentRachel De Dora was initiated in the Lambda chapter at Syracuse University where she served as VP Finance. As an alumna, Rachel was President of the Alpha Beta Alpha chapter in San Francisco before relocating to Boston during the pandemic and joining Zeta Zeta. She works as a marketer for Silicon-valley based Bill.com, and volunteers as a board member at Shelter Music Boston. Rachel resides in Hingham with her husband (newly married!) and toy poodle. She looks forward to building a community with her fellow sisters in the greater Boston area.

Amber Stangroom FitzgeraldVice PresidentAmber Stangroom Fitzgerald was initiated in the Theta Omicron chapter at MIT. During her time as an undergrad, she was Panhellenic Delegate as well as VP Recruitment. As an alumna, Amber served as the Recruitment Advisor and Chapter Advisor for the Theta Omicron chapter. She's been a member of Zeta Zeta for 10 years and is excited to continue her commitment to the chapter!

Emma NessonTreasurerEmma Nesson was initiated in the Epsilon chapter at the University of Southern California and briefly served as the assistant VP Finance. Following her graduation this past spring, Emma has been working as a biotech equity research associate at Piper Sandler in Boston. She currently lives in Newton, which is where she grew up, so she is especially excited to reconnect with the Greater Boston area. Emma can’t wait to get involved post-graduation and to meet everyone in this chapter.

Mariah MiccaVP MembershipMariah Micca was initiated in the Alpha Chi chapter at Butler University. Mariah joined the Zeta Zeta chapter after she relocated to Massachusetts to complete her juris doctor at Boston College Law School. Mariah now works as a law clerk for a local employment and labor law firm while she awaits the results of her July Bar Exam. In her spare time, Mariah provides academic mentorship to law students, plays violin, and goes on hikes with her goldendoodle Benji. Mariah is excited to contribute to the community of sisters in the greater Boston area.

Alexia Montana RodriguezVP CommunicationsAlexia Montana Rodriguez was initiated in the Iota Lambda chapter at Texas Christian University where she served as VP Ritual & Fraternity Appreciation and on various committees over the years. She recently graduated in December 2021 and moved back home to Newton, MA to kick off her career as a Graphic Designer at a toy distribution company in Andover designing products specifically for Five Below. As a recent graduate and young alumna, Alexia is excited to join the Zeta Zeta chapter to meet and connect with fellow sisters in the Greater Boston Area.
